This standard commercial license gives you the right to use purchased clip art from Creative Cat and Co in your products for sale, up to 500 units. It is intended for small business/home business production and does not give the right to high volume mass production. TO PURCHASE THIS COMMERCIAL LICENSE:
- Upon checkout, please enter the clip art’s name that you are licensing for into the “Note to Seller” area.
- Please retain a printed copy or a screenshot of your receipt as proof of the license. No license will be mailed to you.
PHYSICAL and DIGITAL PRODUCTS:
- Physical Products
You may use our designs as is on physical products for sale. Examples of physical products are shirts, drinkware, bags, greeting cards, signs, home decor, stickers, etc.
- Digital Products
Our designs must be accompanied with your own designs to create digital products that are NOT clipart/stock image products. Reselling our designs as clipart/stock image as is or with modification is strictly prohibited. Examples of digital products are printable stickers, printable invitations, printable posters, teacher resources, etc.
PROHIBITED USES:
• You may not resell, share, transfer, distribute, sub-license our designs.
• You may not sell our designs on print-on-demand platforms.
• You may not digitize and resell our designs as embroidery files.
• You may not claim our designs as your own. All copyrights remain with Creative Cat and Co.
• You may not use our designs as part of a logo, trademark, service mark, and trade-name.

• For SVG products, you will receive SVG, DXF, and PNG files.
• For watercolor PNG products, you will receive PNG files only. No cut file included.
SVG PRODUCTS
You will receive the following file formats:
• SVG cut file with layers for easy separation. You will be able to ungroup the design to separate the layers and cut by color.
• DXF cut file for Silhouette user with Silhouette Studio Basic Edition. If you have a Designer or Business Edition, we recommend using the SVG file instead.
• PNG clip art for general web and print design. Our PNG clip art is approx. 8”-10”, high resolution 300 dpi with transparent background. You can also use a PNG file in print then cut mode to print iron-on transfer paper.
*All files are compressed together into a zip file. Once you unzip the file, you should see a folder with all 3 file formats.
Which file format should I use?
Cricut user - Use SVG file to cut by color, or PNG for print then cut.
Silhouette user - You must have Silhouette Studio Designer or Business Edition (paid edition) to use the SVG file. If you have Basic Edition (free edition), use the DXF file. You can also use PNG for print then cut.
WATERCOLOR PNG PRODUCTS
You will receive high resolution 300 dpi PNG files only. Please see product description for image size.
