Personal Use:
All purchased items may be used in an unlimited number of Personal Use projects. Personal Use projects cannot be related to any business, non-profit, or other organization of any kind.
Commercial Use:
Limited Commercial License
Each listing includes a limited commercial license for sale up to 100 units. This means you may use our designs in the listing to create and sell up to a total of 100 units. Please credit us or link back to our shop as “Artwork from www.creativecatandco.com”. The 100 item limit cannot be exceeded by purchasing an item more than once.
Standard Commercial License
Create and sell up to 500 units with no credit given. You will need to purchase a separate license for each item (listing) you intend to use commercially. Standard Commercial License can be purchased here.
Extended Commercial License
Create and sell up to 3,000 units with no credit given. You will need to purchase a separate license for each item (listing) you intend to use commercially. Extended Commercial License can be purchased here.
The above licenses are intended for small business/home business only. For Mass Commercial License (factory-made), please contact us for pricing.

Physical Products
You may use our designs as is on physical products for sale. Examples of physical products are shirts, drinkware, bags, greeting cards, signs, home decor, stickers, etc.
Digital Products
Our designs must be accompanied with your own designs to create digital products that are not clipart/stock image products. Reselling our designs as clipart/stock image as is or with modification is strictly prohibited. Examples of digital products are printable stickers, printable invitations, printable posters, teacher resources, etc.
You may use our designs as is on physical products for sale. Examples of physical products are shirts, drinkware, bags, greeting cards, signs, home decor, stickers, etc.
Digital Products
Our designs must be accompanied with your own designs to create digital products that are not clipart/stock image products. Reselling our designs as clipart/stock image as is or with modification is strictly prohibited. Prohibited Use:
• You may not resell, share, transfer, distribute, sub-license our designs, or any modification of it.
• You may not sell our designs on print-on-demand platforms such as Redbubble, Zazzle, Society 6, etc.
• You may not digitize and resell our designs as embroidery files.
• You may not claim our designs as your own. All copyrights remain with CreativeCatandCo.
• You may not use our designs as part of a logo, trademark, service mark, design mark, and trade-name.
• You may not use our designs in pornographic, fraudulent, immoral, infringing, illegal, harassing, offensive, or defamatory material.
You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless CreativeCatandCo, its members, employees, and third parties, for any losses, costs, liabilities, and expenses including attorney’s fees relating to or arising out of your violation of any terms of this Agreement or your violation of any rights of a third party, or your violation of any applicable laws, rules or regulations.
CreativeCatandCo reserves the right, at its discretion, to change, modify, add, or remove portions of these terms at any time by posting the amended terms. Please check these terms periodically for changes. Your continued use of our website or services after the posting of changes constitutes your binding acceptance of such changes.
